Creator Agreement

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your materials, description, price, advertising, and promises to students, and confirm that you hold all necessary rights and permissions.

You use student data only to deliver the product, provide support, and for other lawful purposes; give required privacy notices; and do not export data without a valid legal basis.

Student payments go through your connected provider. You are the seller of the product and are responsible for taxes, documents, delivering your promises, and refunds under applicable law.

Creator functionality is governed by the selected plan, its limits, and Paddle billing. Available features, included hours, and add-on packs are described on the pricing page and in the dashboard.

The account owner is responsible for invited team members, their roles and actions, and timely removal of access. Only authorised people should connect payment and advertising tokens.

Features may change during beta. Retain your own source materials and exports of critical data.

Wabi may suspend an account for a violation, fraud, risk to students, or non-payment. Where feasible, we will explain the reason and help organise an orderly exit.
