Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These Terms govern the use of wabi.school, a platform for creating, selling, and taking online courses and events. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Platform operator
The Platform is provided by FOP Slobodskyi Oleksandr Mykolayovych, Tax ID 3432501553, 118 Kerchenska Street, Odesa, 65069, Ukraine (“Wabi”, “we”). Contact: hi@wabi.school.
If you create and sell products on Wabi, the Creator Agreement also applies to you.
2. Who may use Wabi
A creator must be an adult with legal capacity to enter into contracts. A student who is a minor may use the Platform only with a parent or legal guardian's consent where the law requires it.
You must provide accurate information, not impersonate another person, and remain responsible for access to your email and account.
3. What the Platform provides
Wabi gives creators tools for course and event pages, payments, video lessons, student management, analytics, custom domains, and advertising integrations.
Some features may be in beta, may change, or may be temporarily unavailable. The current features and limits are shown on the pricing page.
4. The roles of Wabi and the creator
Wabi is a technical platform. A creator independently creates and sells a course or event, sets its content, price, promises, participation and refund rules, and remains responsible for taxes and requirements applicable to their business.
Wabi is not the author or instructor of a creator's course and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of a particular learning product.
5. Wabi plans and Paddle billing
Creator plans are recurring subscriptions at the price and limits shown at checkout. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for the Wabi subscription and handles payment details, taxes, and payment documents under its terms.
A subscription renews automatically until the account owner cancels it in the billing portal. After cancellation, the paid plan normally remains available until the end of the current billing period.
If included video viewing hours are not enough, the owner may buy an additional pack on the terms shown in the dashboard. Wabi does not charge an arbitrary overage amount without a previously authorised purchase or other explicit consent.
6. Student payments for courses and events
Student payments are processed by Mono, WayForPay, or another provider connected by the creator. The relevant creator, not Wabi, is the seller of the learning product and recipient of the funds.
The amount, currency, and purchase terms are shown on the product page. The payment provider may apply its own terms and checks.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Refunds for a Wabi plan are considered under Paddle's terms, these Terms, and mandatory law. Email hi@wabi.school if you need assistance.
The creator handles refunds for a course or event under their published rules and consumer-protection law. Wabi may help with technical payment-status information but does not replace the creator in a dispute about the product's content.
8. User content
A creator retains rights in their content. By uploading it, the creator grants Wabi a non-exclusive limited licence to store, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate the Platform and provide student access.
The creator confirms that they hold the necessary rights in all materials, music, images, video, trade marks, and personal data they upload.
9. Prohibited use
You may not publish illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content; infringe others' rights; distribute malware, spam, hate, or harassment; bypass access controls; interfere with the service; gain unauthorised access; or scrape data at scale.
10. Third-party services and custom domains
Wabi uses third-party providers for hosting, databases, video delivery, email, payments, and monitoring. Their availability and rules may affect individual features.
A creator who connects a custom domain or advertising service is responsible for the right to use it, correct configuration, and compliance with that provider's terms.
11. Wabi intellectual property and feedback
The Wabi software, design, name, and brand belong to their rights holders. These Terms do not transfer rights in them to a user.
If you submit ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without charge to improve the Platform, without an obligation to implement them or pay compensation.
12. Availability and warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We use reasonable efforts to operate it reliably and securely but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for every particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wabi is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of data, or decisions based on creator content. Wabi's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount the user paid Wabi during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where and to the extent the law does not permit liability or mandatory consumer rights to be excluded or limited.
14. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for a Terms violation, fraud, a security risk, a legal requirement, or material non-payment. Where feasible, we will explain the reason and allow time to remedy the issue.
Before ending their use of Wabi, a creator should retain copies of their content and data they are entitled to export.
15. Law, changes, and contact
Ukrainian law governs these Terms. Please first contact hi@wabi.school to seek a good-faith resolution; this does not limit a consumer's mandatory right to contact a competent authority or court.
We may update the Terms as the Platform or law evolves. The latest date appears above; we will communicate material changes through the Platform or by email.
