Video hours that are easy to understand

One video hour is 60 minutes of lesson video actually played by students. Pauses, buffering, and seeking do not add time, and landing-page video does not use the allowance.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a video hour?

We add only the seconds that lesson video is actually playing. Pauses, loading, buffering, and seeking do not increase usage.

Do you count active students?

No. Plans do not limit student count. For video, only their total actual watch time matters.

What if 500 or 2,500 hours are not enough?

You can manually purchase another 500 video hours for $15 for the rest of the current billing period. We do not charge the overage automatically.

Will students lose access to courses they already bought?

No. Playback for sold courses continues. Once the allowance is used, only new video uploads pause until you add hours or the monthly period renews.

Which plan includes a custom domain?

Courses includes one custom domain, while School includes up to three — one for each brand. You can remove Wabi branding on a custom domain.

What is the difference between a brand and a team member?

A brand is a separate public school or creator with its own courses, students, and domain. A team member is a person with their own sign-in who helps manage one or more brands.
