Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
This Policy explains how to cancel a paid wabi.school subscription and how to request a refund for a payment processed by Paddle.
1. What this Policy covers
This Policy covers monthly Wabi plans and one-time packs of additional video viewing hours purchased by the account owner through Paddle. The Platform supplier is FOP Slobodskyi Oleksandr Mykolayovych, Tax ID 3432501553, 118 Kerchenska Street, Odesa, 65069, Ukraine. Contact: hi@wabi.school.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and seller for the payment transaction: it collects payment, handles taxes, issues payment documents, and processes approved refunds.
2. Cancelling a subscription
The account owner may cancel at any time through the buyer portal linked from the Paddle confirmation email or from Wabi's plan and billing section. You may also contact hi@wabi.school.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period: the plan remains available until then and there will be no next automatic charge. Cancellation by itself does not refund an amount already paid.
3. Requesting a refund
Submit a request through the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle email, through buyer support at paddle.net, or by emailing hi@wabi.school. Include the purchase email, date, and reason; never send full card details.
Unless applicable law says otherwise, transactions are not automatically refundable. Paddle may, at its discretion, review a request submitted within 14 days of the transaction date, taking account of service usage and the circumstances. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
4. Mandatory consumer rights
This Policy does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law. Some consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period for a first subscription payment or one-time purchase; that right may end once use of a digital service begins with the user's prior consent.
The current Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to the transaction. If they or mandatory law give the buyer broader rights, those broader rights apply.
5. Timing and method of refund
Paddle verifies eligibility against its transaction records. Once approved, a refund is normally returned to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the bank or payment method. Paddle communicates the outcome and available timing in its response.
A refund may end or adjust access to the related paid plan or pack. This does not affect rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
6. Creator courses and events
This Policy does not govern a student's payment for a particular creator's course or event through Mono, WayForPay, or another provider connected by that creator. The creator is the seller of that product; their cancellation and refund terms should appear on the product page, and requests should be directed to the creator.
7. Contact and changes
Questions about a Wabi subscription: hi@wabi.school. Paddle buyer support and refund requests: paddle.net.
We may update this Policy as the product, Paddle rules, or law changes. The version in effect on the transaction date applies together with the buyer's non-waivable rights.
